When I was a student, hindi kasama sa course curriculum namin ang financial education
…or meron baka absent lang ako haha, o dahil hindi naman finance related course ko.
Wala akong naaalala about financial education, lalo na specific to saving money and investing.
Kasi kung meron, FOR SURE I could have started earlier and not fail.
Hindi din ganon kadami resources sa internet noon.

Ang hirap maghanap ng information.
Yung mga free sa internet naman kulang o madalas mali mali naman.
Hindi pa rin masyado uso youtube noon.

So what I did, double effort ako sa paghahanap ng information.
So yes, I bought books and attended seminars. SeminarS, yes plural.
Madami sila and YES gumastos ako para matuto. 
I then realized it’s not about how big your salary is or how high your career position is…it’s how you handle your finances.

So, I tried a lot to increase cash flow...
I disciplined myself to save by living frugally.

…I tried all kinds of saving methods including 52 week challenge…pero August pa lang ubos na at hindi ko na-sustain.

...I joined MLM (nothing against them) and other get rich quick schemes...I got my money back quick pero I had to lose friends along the way…nagsara din yung mga companies na sinalihan ko…

I have small savings and insurance but been asking myself – what should be my next step?

Laging kulang. Laging bitin.

And sometimes it feels like no matter how many times you try or what you do, you can’t manage your finances.

After a year, I started seeing my savings grow.

After eight years of struggling and making it work…I finally broke the 100,000 mark.

Today I’m now venturing on investments and businesses.

Life is better now.

At work, I realized a lot of my coworkers, doesn’t have the time and the resources pero very willing to learn.
So that became my mission.

In 2017, I started helping Filipino employees save and invest through Juan for the Money.

It's my way of giving back to the Philippines. Naks!

All of this, thanks to the system I followed and eventually developed.
